Terms of Use

The POD Connection + Plan, Scale, Profit Program

Please read the Terms of Use for the Program carefully and in their entirety before purchasing and using The POD Connection (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). The Program and its content are owned by Taylor Posada, LLC.

Definitions

  •   “Company,” “We,” “I,” “Our,” or “Us” means Taylor Posada, LLC.
  •   “Participation,” “Participating,” “Using,” or “Use” means reading, implementing, trying, or otherwise engaging in the Program.
  •   “Program” means The POD Connection and its related resources, including the Plan, Scale, Profit program.
  •   “You,” “Your,” “User,” or “Client” means the purchaser and person using the Program.

Consent

By participating in the Program, you implicitly and voluntarily agree to act in accordance with, agree to, and abide by these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer

By participating in the Program, you understand that Taylor Posada is a Business Coach specializing in print-on-demand (POD) business coaching and mentorship.

This Program is for informational and educational purposes only. The information provided is not intended to replace professional advice from an attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or any other licensed professional. You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance to discuss your specific legal, financial, or business needs.

 

While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure all Program content is accurate and up-to-date, no representation is made that all information will be accurate or error-free at all times. The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies.

 

Assumption of Risk

You assume all risks related to your participation in the Program. You are solely responsible for your actions, choices, and implementation of strategies shared during the Program.

 

Intellectual Property

All content shared within The POD Connection and Plan, Scale, Profit is the sole intellectual property of Taylor Posada, LLC, including but not limited to:

  •   Recorded coaching calls
  •   Trend reports
  •   Templates
  •   Training materials
  •   Plan, Scale, Profit program resources

 Members are strictly prohibited from:

  •   Distributing, copying, forwarding, or sharing any content or materials from the Program.
  •   Using the Company’s intellectual property for commercial purposes or in connection with the sale or distribution of any product, program, or service.

 Unauthorized use or sharing of program materials will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and may lead to legal action, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement claims.

 

No Sharing

You may not share your Program login information, password, or access with anyone else. If you share your access with unauthorized parties, your participation in the Program will be immediately terminated without refund.

 

No Guarantees

The Company makes no guarantees regarding results, financial outcomes, or business success as a result of your participation in the Program. Testimonials, examples, or statements shared by other clients are for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of results. Success depends on your own effort, consistency, and implementation.

 

Disclaimer - No Warranties 

The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Limitation of Liability and Release of Claims

By participating in the Program, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Taylor Posada, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Program.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law:

  •   The Company is not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your participation in the Program.
  •   The Company assumes no responsibility for damages, injuries, harm, or losses resulting from your actions, choices, or implementation of strategies shared during the Program.

 

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, and other torts.

 

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

The “no refunds” policy applies to both General Access and 1:1 Coaching Access tiers. Members are responsible for payments regardless of usage or participation.

2. No Chargebacks

You agree not to issue or threaten to issue chargebacks related to the Program. In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves the right to report it to credit bureaus as a delinquent account. Additionally, any chargebacks will result in your immediate removal from the Program and a permanent ban from making future purchases with Taylor Posada, LLC.

 

Arbitration Clause

If a dispute arises related to the Program, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Hearings will be held within 60 miles of Harford County, Maryland, and decisions are final and binding.

 

Payment and Cancellation Terms
1. Payment Terms

By enrolling in the Program, you authorize Taylor Posada, LLC to charge your credit card or PayPal account for the agreed-upon monthly fee of $67 (General Access) or $97 (1:1 Coaching Access).

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership by logging into your account at taylorpod.com and following the cancellation instructions. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] to request cancellation.

If you email to cancel after your account has been charged, we will proceed with the cancellation, but you will not be refunded for the previous month or any months of “non-use.” To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your renewal date.

 

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to the program will be revoked immediately. The payment method will be retried up to 5 times over the following days. If the payment fails after 5 attempts, the membership will be permanently terminated.

 

Communication Expectations

 General Access

  •   Members in the General Access tier have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in group coaching calls.
  •   Group calls are limited to the scheduled time, and not all questions may be addressed if time does not permit.
  •   Members seeking more individualized support are encouraged to upgrade to the 1:1 Coaching Access tier.

 

1:1 Coaching Access

  •   Taylor responds to messages as promptly as possible, Monday–Saturday, during normal daytime hours (Eastern Time Zone).
  •   No specific response times or same-day replies are guaranteed.
  •   All 1:1 Coaching Access messaging must take place within the designated community platform. Messages sent through other platforms (e.g., personal email, Instagram, etc.) are not covered under this Agreement and are under no obligation to be responded to.

 

Community Guidelines

To ensure a positive and productive environment, all members are expected to:

  •   Engage respectfully and constructively with other members and Taylor.
  •   Avoid inappropriate behavior, harassment, spam, or negativity.
  •   Maintain the confidentiality of all shared information and respect the intellectual property of the program.

Violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.

 

Content Updates

The Company makes ongoing updates to improve and expand the program’s content.

  •   Members will receive notifications about significant updates to resources, templates, and training materials.
  •   Updates are included as part of the membership at no additional cost.

 

Testimonials and Marketing Use 

By participating in the Program, you grant Taylor Posada, LLC permission to use testimonials, wins, or communications shared within the Program for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

  •   Social media posts
  •   Website content
  •   Email campaigns
  •   Other promotional materials

 

The Company may include names when associated with testimonials or wins. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and accept this policy as a condition of participation in the Program.

By purchasing and/or participating in the Program, you implicitly signify your agreement to all of the terms in these Terms of Use.
